Our Story
Our company has its roots in the picturesque Colli Euganei, a land rich in history and tradition. The passion for pasta is a family story that dates back generations. As children, we spent our days watching and helping our grandparents make pasta by hand. Every Sunday morning turned into a ritual of love and patience: flour, eggs, and skilled hands shaping the pasta with dedication. Our grandparents are no longer with us, but their teachings live on through every piece of pasta we produce today.
